Experience
Mr. Shir has undertaken complex lititgation on behalf of corporations, individuals as well as condominium and homeowner associations. He has extensive trial experience in the areas of business litigatiom, contract disputes and covenant enforcement.
Mr. Shir’s experiences in construction law and litigation includes construction claims, mechanic’s liens and claims preparation. Mr. Shir’s experience in community association law and litigation encompasses foreclosures, liens, rule violations and discrimination charges.
Mr. Shir has lectured on the Federal Fair Debt Collections Act, Community Association Covenant Enforcement and Collection and Foreclosure of Assessments. While in law school, Mr. Shir served as a Judicial Intern for Federal Judge Kenneth Ryskamp.
